CARRADICE IN ACTION GALLERY

Many thanks to Tom Philips who designed our new website.  He is pictured here touring in South America.

Barry Bryant toured Laos in 2005 riding a Diamondback Axis carrying a 1980's Carradice Nelson Longflap.

This picture shows massive roadworks he encountered along the way..............................

...........................................................................However, apologies were made for the "unconvenience"!!!!

Ian Clarke Secretary of the National Clarion Cycling Club on tour with Jayne Bevitt (below)

Ian proposed to Jayne (whilst riding) as they crested the Furka Pass in the Swiss Alps...........

.............................Happily she accepted!!!!!!

Jim McCormick - Paris-Brest-Paris

Steve Sweedler toured the Andalucia region of Spain in 2005 with his vintage Lowsaddle Longflap.

The snow in the high country above Alhama de Granada was deep enough to hold up his loaded bike!!

Robin and Jill Bevis arrive in Bilbao after cycling 1400km from Roscoff on the north Brittany coast and encounter

this spectacular view of the Guggenheim museum.   August 2004

A lunch break beside the Loire for Robin and Jill on their 2005 tour.

Mike Evans' passion for classic perfection is displayed here with a Carradice Barley saddlebag mounted

on his beautifully restored 1949 Parkes Autograph

Mike Evans again, this time riding his Brompton

Robin and jill have been on tour again.  This shot was taken near Villandry.

Beth Hamon's picture shows her Riv. by a mileage marker from Cold Spring Water Corridor,

a 40 mile, car-free pathway which begins at the riverfront, east of downtown Portland and goes

all the way to Boring, Oregon.

Beth is out with the Riv. again but this time it's just a short trip to the library.

She says "Carradice bags are great for errands as well as extended travel"

Back in the UK, John Bryson toured in Scotland in 2005 and stopped at the top of a hill aptly known as

"The Rest & Be Thankful"

David Hallam used his SQR Tour for a 2200km ride in the Australian outback.  He says:

"I was expecting some break -up in the mounting or failure but............No way.

It is solidly built and although other makes cracked up, the SQR system worked a treat."

The following 3 photos show the terrain endured by David and his bike.

Another SQR bag - this time the Slim - was used by Jarl Moden on his day trip.

This shot is taken at Ras il-Qammje, up on the Marfa Ridge on Northwesterm Malta.

Here's my bike and trusty Super C bag on the Castleman Trailway, a disused railway line through

west Hants/east Dorset.

Photo shows the line just off the Horton Road at the Ashley Heath Grocerystore. The trail

(now being re-laid) cuts across the road and has a nice section going from West Moors

all the way to Ringwood. I get to ride on it all the way to work very day!
