Carradice Quick-clip pannier hooks will fit racks up to 13mm in diameter. For thicker racks the Pannier Hook Adapter Bar is available in Accessories.

I recently purchased the Super C front panniers and the handlebar bag support.
I am very pleased with the quality and fitment of these bags they can very easily be used on any of my bikes. I bought the front bags to use on the rear racks of my bikes and there is more than enough capacity for overnighters or even longer bikepacking when using a med sized handlebar bag they will last a lifetime.
Especially, for loaded touring, I find that the combination of a handlebar bag and the 14 L capacity super c panniers provides good weight distribution on the front when coupled with larger 40 l capacity panniers in the rear. The cotton duck has been very durable. I've used them on a couple of bike tours.
